Quality Assurance 

Every outfit is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds 

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged upon delivery, incorrect item delivered, or the wrong size was received compared to what was ordered. 

Replacement & Refund 

A replacement will be arranged whenever possible. A refund will be considered only if a replacement cannot be provided. 

Reporting an Issue 

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A clear unboxing video is mandatory. This must show the sealed parcel with shipping label, the complete opening process without cuts or edits, and the defect clearly visible under proper lighting. Claims without this video cannot be processed. 

Non-returnable Situations 

No returns or exchanges for damage caused after delivery, colour variations due to screens or lighting, minor thread or stitching variations that are natural to the fabric, or simply if the customer changes their mind. 

Exchange Policy 

Exchanges may be requested within 3 days of delivery, on approval only. Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return Shipping 

The customer must ship the product back themselves once approved. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Refund Processing 

Once the item is received and passes inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method. 

Garment Care 

Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment. Nayana Limitless Designs is not responsible for colour fading, shrinkage, or damage from washing or improper use. 

Official Purchases 

Only We are only responsible for purchases made through our official sales channels. We cannot be liable for purchases made from fake pages unauthorised sellers or third-party accounts misusing our name or images. 

Order Cancellation 

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed and the order is confirmed or dispatched.
